Justin Kreutzmann abstract: Break On Thru: A Celebration of Ray Manzarek and The Doors is a concert documentary from a 2016 all-star performance in Los Angeles that John Densmore and Robby Krieger, the two surviving members of The Doors, developed to celebrate what would have been Manzarek's 70th birthday. As well as the all star concert there's never before seen footage from The Doors archives and new Interviews from Densmore and Krieger. It's a one of a kind documentary about a very special person and a legendary rock band 2018 Documentary.

Most of these kids have no idea who these guys sad. Manson is a pretty smart guy. That was a great move where he got down on his knees and looked at Robby's guitar playing, like Jim did in Miami. (if that's actually what Jim was doing ha-ha. Possibly a Miami string job But one expected that sort of thing from Jim... These four guys were off the charts,and ahead of their time.

I had such a crush on Jim - he was dark, deep and he was gorgeous! He created Goth before it was goth. Ray is gone now and so sorely missed - such musicianship - the same for Robbie - and that is without a doubt one of the most incredible bass solos Iv'e ever heard - trem picking a bass! Wow. This was the song that the Doors did on Ed Sullivan's show - and Ed was not happy - Jim did not modify his lyrics - this performance just plain gave me goose bumps.
